In this session we will share details regarding the emergence of clandestine drug labs in the Caribbean; the attendant social ills; the demands on law enforcement and the responsibilities of all partners/stakeholders in countering this threat. The forum will also focus on the proactive way forward to increase awareness and build capacity to deal with these issues.
